Why do we need your personal information and what do we do with it?
We use your information to contact you by post, email or telephone to and to maintain our records of Customers and potential clients. We also use Lead Forensics to help analyse use of our website. This analytical tool also uses “cookies” to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form.
We will not (and will not allow any third party) to use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our site. Lead Analytics will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Lead Analytics. Neither Red Online Media Ltd or Lead Analytics will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user.
We will, however, use the information gathered and any freely available information available in the public domain to inform our marketing campaigns and to help us identify corporate individuals who we feel may be interested in our products and services. We will never use the tool to bring together information about an individual’s personal email address or other information such as personal telephone or home address.
