We have been following the global outbreak of Covid-19 with great concern over the last few weeks and keeping up to date daily with the latest recommendations from the WHO and government bulletins.
At this concerning time for us all, it is so important that we all unite in reducing the impact of this virus on our people, our families, our communities and our businesses. The safety of our team and our clients is at the forefront of our decisions as a business.
For this reason, we have been further readying our agency over the last two weeks to operate remotely, ensuring the safety of our team and their families as we face this virus together. We will fully complete on this move within the next 24 hours and several of our team have been doing so for the last 7-10 days. Given we are digitally focussed, all of our work processes are online and we have a significant IT and server infrastructure in place to ensure business continuity and inter colleague communication with all of our clients.
As a creative media company with a diverse client base and multiple long term contracts in production and on our books, we owe it to our partners throughout the private, public & charity sector to honour our ongoing business obligations over the coming weeks and are well placed to do so without any significant interruptions.
As we all move into unknown territory together may I finish by saying that we are actively urging all of our customers to try and maintain composure in their decisions over their marketing activities over the coming weeks and months. Naturally, budgets, profitability and cash flow are under the spotlight right now – however, it is vital that we all keep proactive in communicating clearly with our client base, that we try and reduce the impact of any reduced periods of sales and finally that we are ready for business to rise again when the virus pacifies and leaves; whether that be in weeks or months.
